The problem
Businesses run WhatsApp automation on an office machine and nobody watches it. A session drops, a process stops, and the first anyone hears about it is a customer asking why nobody replied.
Recovering from that should not mean reading a log file or restarting a service by hand. It needed to be one screen that anyone in the office could act on.
What changed
In daily use on customer machines.
A licence can be issued, extended or withdrawn centrally, with no site visit and no remote session.
Both platforms keep themselves current, so no installation is left behind on an old build.
What I did

Built a desktop application that supervises every WhatsApp service instance on the machine. Each one can be started, stopped, restarted or aborted by port, with health checks behind it and alerts when something stops answering.
Per project log streaming, so whoever is at the desk can see what happened without opening a terminal.
Wrote the licensing system from scratch. A key is bound to the machine it is issued for and carries a defined validity period, and every issue is recorded against the customer it belongs to.
Licences are administered centrally. Each installation checks its entitlement on launch and at a regular interval after that, so access can be granted, extended or withdrawn without touching the customer machine.
Signed and notarised releases for Windows and macOS with automatic updates, so a fix reaches every installation without a reinstall.
