Turned staff productivity from an argument at the end of the month into a number both sides can see.
The problem
Social Seller Academy needed to hand out goal-based tasks with deadlines and incentives, then actually know who delivered what.
Before this it was WhatsApp messages and somebody trying to remember, on payout day, who had done what.
What changed
Live on Google Play.
Task assignment, the evidence of completion, and the reason for a payout all sit in one place.
Employers can see productivity trends instead of guessing at them.
What I did
4 moves
Scoped the requirement with the client, designed the interface, built it in Flutter and shipped it to the Play Store myself. Sole developer, start to finish.
Time-bound tasks with the incentive attached, rich media on a task (image, video, audio, PDF), and the conversation kept inside the task instead of scattered across three chat apps.
Two clearly separated experiences, employer and staff, so nobody sees a screen that is not theirs.
Work history and performance analytics, so productivity became something you can point at.
