Rebuilt a consumer ISP app from nothing, before Google removed the old one from the Play Store.
The problem
MyElxer was an abandoned Ionic app drifting towards removal for prolonged non-compliance. Customers still needed it to pay bills, switch plans and raise complaints.
There was no version worth patching. It had to be built again.
What changed
Shipped and live on the Play Store, off the delisting path.
Customers handle payments, plans and complaints themselves instead of calling support.
No recurring cost for invoice generation, because there is no vendor doing it.
What I did

Rebuilt the entire app in Flutter from zero, aiming at the feature depth customers already expect from the Jio and Airtel apps, because that is the bar whether you like it or not.
Multi-subscription management, plan switching, Razorpay payments, invoice downloads, a built-in speed test, and support over call, mail, WhatsApp and tickets, all in one place.
The backend returned raw HTML for invoices, which is not a document. I built a complete layout and calculation engine on the client so invoices render and export as real PDFs, with no third-party invoicing service in the loop.
Added a full Solar onboarding journey as the business expanded into it.
